Subaru requested a brand refresh for their National Service event. We infused it with a fresh name and a captivating design overhaul, with the intention that it catches the eye's of lost Subaru customers and brings them back to the retailer to schedule service.

For this refresh we came up with an event name that captures the essence of how Subaru owners feel when driving their Subaru, (Subaru Love Every Mile Service Event), paired with  a clean, fresh, and modern design we won many customer's hearts which increased VINs captured by 6% and total ROs by 16%.

Subaru’s National Service Event is a 45-day promotional event that takes place at participating Subaru Retailers where the goal is to win back lost Subaru owners with limited-time special service promotions for their vehicle maintenance and repair needs, while encouraging them to schedule an appointment and visit their local Subaru retailer.

EVENT TEASER POSTCARD AND EMAIL 

The teaser direct mail postcard and emails are sent out to customers two weeks before the start of the event with
intent to draw them in with mention of the special  savings they can receive.
